What to expect.
Language exchange meetups in Los Angeles pair people who want to practise with people who want to help, usually at a café or pub on a fixed weeknight. There is no teacher. You sit at a table for the language you want, talk for a while, then swap.
Most are free or ask you to buy a drink. Beginners are expected; every table has one.
