What to expect.

Trail running groups in Los Angeles meet at a trailhead rather than a street corner, usually on a weekend morning or a light summer evening, and the route changes with the season. The day is fixed; the start point is on the week's post.

Expect a slower pace than a road run and a no-drop rule. A head torch is normal from autumn onwards.
